FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have set pricing, but can tailor to specific needs if you need less or more than the average 30 or 60 minute visit. ** There may be an additional fee based on number of pets and care needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process involves a meet and greet to make sure it is the right fit for both myself and the pet(s). It is important to me to meet beforehand to make sure the pet and I make a proper introduction and that it will be a worthwhile working partnership. After you reach out, we will discuss what it is you are looking for and how often you need those services (if you haven't included this already in your initial message to me). Once I can confirm availability, we will discuss a time to do a meet and greet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Dog CPR certified, and have been caring for pets for 20 years. Most of which include my own pets as a child/teenager. I have had cats most of my younger years, but have cared for family and friends dogs. I have also had fish, rats, and hamsters.
