- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking with us is as easy as… 1. Complete our New Client Sign-Up Form. We’ll respond within one business day via email to discuss your specific pet care needs, and match you with a primary pet sitter/walker that has availability for your requested schedule. You’ll also set up an account in our online client portal. 2. Schedule a FREE Meet & Greet with Waggy Tails. Appointments normally last 20-30 minutes. This is a time for you to meet your sitter, allow him/her to get acquainted with your pets, and provide additional information about your pets’ care routine. 3. Book Your First Visits. Following a successful meeting, you’re all set to book your first set of visits via our online client portal! Your sitter Is looking forward to caring for your pets soon.
