What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are priced based on the guaranteed service we provide. We will probably not be the cheapest out there but we have proven success and systems to make sure that you do not need to worry about your event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out for a quote, I will ask any information that I might be missing and generate a proposal for you. Once the estimate is to your liking and you want to book, I will send an invoice for a deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the service industry since I was 14 and own Top Shelf Events Ohio that has over 120 5 star reviews.
