- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a FREE inspection as every home/project we work on is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial complimentary inspection to determine what animal we’re dealing with and the potential entry points. Once these factors are determined we write up an estimate to solve the problem for our customer at which point they’ll decide if they’d like to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several staff members as well as our owner who are certified wildlife biologist. Each of our employees are thoroughly trained and required to obtain a state trapping permit per the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency.
