Kenny was wonderful! He responded to my plumbing need the same day AND WITHIN 2 hours. He was kind, professional and prompt. He did not over charge but could have charged more for a same day emergency house call. His contact" is now saved in my phone as "Best plumber EVER! He was a God send.

I would have added punctuality and professionalism as well if the system allowed it. Kenny did a great job on an emergency situation we had involving bitter cold weather and possible freezing pipes. He took care of the issue, stuck to his written estimate and guaranteed his work. I would highly recommend Kenny at All Things Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work to be done in either their home or business.

I try to be as fair as I can. I know that times are hard. I get it. So I'm always willing to work with everyone on a good price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and will explain who I am and why I am there. I ask to see the work area/ appliance. I assess the problem and offer a remedy and then fix it. if they have any questions they can feel free to ask at any time an I will give the customer the honest truth. I'm not in this business because of the money. I do it because I like to help people
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taught my plumbing skills by learning from some of the best Comercial and residential plumbers in knoxville
