- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on an hourly rate but are also willing to provide on site estimates that include labor and materials to help our customers budget more accurately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial email or phone conversation is a good place to start the process of working with a new customer. We like to follow that up with an "in person" meeting at the job site to discuss specifics and arrange a work schedule that is convenient to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have college degrees and over 30 years experience in the field.
