I found Ben on Thumbtack been working with him for a couple sessions now and he is great! easy to work with & talk to but hard on me when it matters. i haven’t had enough sessions to rave about results yet but i have a feeling it won’t be long before i do!!! He is really professional and cares about what he does i don’t think i could have found a better trainer glad i stopped at him!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am always focused on continuing education and pursuing a wider range of philosophies in the fitness field.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Exercise program design, nutritional counseling, sport specific training, helping people become more fit.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Fitness programs are not a one size fits all. A thorough assessment is always the best place to start to find out an individuals goals. Goals, however, are not the most important factor in the assessment. I focus on a systematic approach to screen and evaluate movement in order to provide actionable and effective steps for performance and programs design. Movement quality is an essential component to reducing the risk of injury and reaching optimal levels of performance.
