My experience with STS Training has been wonderful and extremely effective. The program I was given got me results quicker than any other weight loss program I have tried, including keto and vegan dieting. Very nice personal trainer as well, I felt comfortable trying to accomplish my weight loss goals.

One of the best trainers I have ever hired! STS training has helped me be in the best physical shape ever, since I started training. The biggest take away that I got from it was the diet plan. This was huge since I never took my diet seriously and had poor results because of it. This in depth offer of a diet plan really helped me achieve the look I desired.
