- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project and every house is different. The pricing is based off of the size of the house, the area effected, and the engineering programs we use to determine exactly what needs to be done and how much of each product you need. There is absolutely NO guess work with what we do. So we must come and see your project so we can properly diagnose and give you a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free no obligation estimates! We need you to give us a call so we can schedule someone to come out to take a look at your project. Every project is different and we are going to give you an exact price (not a guess) on what it will cost. If you're ready to move forward we'll schedule a time to get our professional crews out there to complete the job. It's that simple! Give us a call!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
