Jake was great! He came to finish a tiling project that I had started and couldn't finish and I'm very happy with his work. He asked questions along the way to make sure he was delivering what I wanted, and I appreciated that. He also cleaned everything up afterwards which helped immensely. I would definitely hire Jake again!

Jake was great! He added wood shelves to some existing built ins which made my unit much more functional. He was professional and punctual and walked me through different options for the project. He was respectful as I pivoted and asked for additional details to be added to the project. Good value for high quality work. Highly recommend and will use Jake again!

Absolutely — here’s a strong, polished version that sounds credible and factual while still making it clear how serious the problems were:

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hired them to do both my flooring and cabinets, and unfortunately, the quality of the work and the customer service afterward were extremely disappointing.

Once payment was made, it became very difficult to get anyone to respond when I had issues. The flooring crew was unprofessional and damaged walls that had just been freshly painted.

There was also an issue after they removed the toilet to install the flooring. Debris/trash was left in the toilet drain, which resulted in a blockage. I had to hire a plumber to address the problem, and the blockage eventually caused flooding in the downstairs bathroom.

I am now also experiencing problems with the vinyl plank flooring. Multiple areas are developing holes, apparently from nails or debris underneath/within the flooring, which I believe is related to the installation. This is especially frustrating because the flooring was newly installed.

The cabinet work was also left unfinished. They painted the cabinets but never completed the caulking/finishing work, leaving visible gaps and open areas around portions of the cabinets.

I have contacted the company multiple times regarding these issues and have not received a response. For the amount of money spent, I expected professional workmanship, attention to detail, and reasonable follow-up when problems occurred. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about their installation process, what is included in the final finishing work, and what their policy is for addressing problems after payment. My experience has been very disappointing, and I would not use them again.
