They were very thorough in their survey...They went above and beyond to ensure the accuracy of our home's boundaries...which can be quite difficult in a historical neighborhood. Highly suggest.

So far, so good. He did a good job on marking our property lines because we weren't sure where they were. I don't know if I'm going to get a final drawing of the survey yet, and whether or not it is filed with the county (maybe that is up to me. I'm not real experienced with surveys).

Requested boundary location and marking. Crew located and dug down to find original corner posts from original TVA plot layout. Also set stakes to mark boundary lines over hill crest so have "line-of-sight"
