The technician was super professional. He figured out that a wrong button had been pushed that was causing the remote not to work in less than 5 minutesI understand that there has to be a fee and Im not mad about it. Im more mad that I had to call someoneIt just stung that I paid $75 for 5 mins when the company is literally next door.
