New door mechanism is much quieter than old. Work was completed next day after contacting. But there is now a gap left when door is closed. It does not go down all the way to the floor.

Would’ve expected the company/technician to have known about the ultimate fix (two small set screws needed tightening). I spent almost $300 and several hours of everyone’s time.
