- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always going to price fair for both myself and the customer! I’m going to be honest with the you about where my numbers come from and work with you so that we both feel satisfied on the price! I do not do estimate or quote fees, I'll come see your property for free! I would love to discounts or specials for referrals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my client in what they like and don’t like so I can cater my service to them and then work with their schedule to find the best routine for the both of us! I want the client to feel like they can call or text me at anytime with questions, concerns, critiques. That way I know what to change or fix to give them the best possible service. I rarely ask for a deposit on a project and never ask for you to pay ahead for jobs. I only charge after the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work experience is maintenance of college and professional fields including the Nashville Sounds, Tennessee Titans, Nashville SC, and Lipscomb University. Recently, won an award for best college field in Tennessee for the game soccer field at Lipscomb!
