I received five other quotes for a heat pump replacement and Jeff’s came in the lowest. Some quoted $2k over Jeff. I thought, what was the catch? But Jeff’s crew showed excellent professionalism, answered all my questions, and provided a high-quality install. Will definitely give Jeff a call if anything else comes up!

Jeff and his team were quick to get back to me. Very professional explained everything very thoroughly and most importantly such a great value! I price out each job individually. However if a client has a few different projects needing to be done i can group them together and give an even bigger discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them as comfortable as possible about working with me and my company. I try to explain EVERYTHING in very simple terms so they can understand the work and the process of what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for large HVAC / plumbing companies in the past along with property management offices. So yes I keep up on all the current products, services, and training. I have been in the industry for about 20 years now.
