I received Jeff's phone number from a coworker and he quickly answered my call and got me a quote same day during the busiest time of the year. His team replaced my 40 year old heat pump with a brand new Trane system for an excellent price, especially compared to a few quotes I had gotten from other companies. After the installation, the system didn't have the airflow it was supposed to and I brought this to Jeff's attention. After a few back and forth texts, his team came out, identified the problem, and fixed it within 30 minutes. The only issue I ever had was that the quality of communication about when they were coming back out was less than I hoped for. Eventually I did get a specific time that I should expect to be home for them to come by, but that took a few days and me working from home one day without them showing up. However, it could just be that this was the busiest time of the summer, with 100+ heat index. Overall, my experience was excellent. The value for price was top notch and on-site communication was clear and professional.

I price out each job individually. However if a client has a few different projects needing to be done i can group them together and give an even bigger discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them as comfortable as possible about working with me and my company. I try to explain EVERYTHING in very simple terms so they can understand the work and the process of what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for large HVAC / plumbing companies in the past along with property management offices. So yes I keep up on all the current products, services, and training. I have been in the industry for about 20 years now.
