I was really impressed with how easy Reggie made it to choose cocktails, order enough materials, etc. He took an overwhelming experience and made it enjoyable. Day of, he did more than expected and it was seamless from set up to clean up. Cocktails were delicious, service was friendly, if I ever need a bartender again, he will be the first that I call!

Reginald is amazing at what he does! He is very up front about what is needed and is very organized. As someone who had no idea what I was doing planning a wedding, I did not know what to look for in a bartender. If you are in that same boat, do not look any further! The Craft Cocktailier is worth every penny, because no only is he good at bartending, but he isn’t like chains or big businesses. He is very down to earth and understanding and wants to help you, not just take your money like other businesses.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I choose not to list pricing as a flat rate, because each event is as unique as your budget. Weekend evenings/holidays are more expensive than weekdays. Always offer discounts to loyal/repeat clients!!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking a lot questions so that both my client and I have a mutual understanding of the pace of the event, guest expectations, and how I can best be utilized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of hospitality work. TABC and Serve Safe certified. Bachelors degree. various degrees of hospitality training, eg. Hotels, clubs, tourist destinations, high volume, etc. Great conversation and party starter too!
