Brian read my mind. We discussed what I wanted, and he produced it exactly what I had envisioned. The whole team had excellent communication and nothing was done without my approval. Price was extremely reasonable, and the sign I asked for arrived within 2 weeks from initial contact. These guys know how to engrave and laser etch. Do yourself a favor and at least check them out. I sent my flutes to get engraved by Brian and am so impressed with his professionalism. The flutes were unable to get done due to heat fractures on the Tiffany glass. He immediately let me know and had the same flutes sent directly to me. If I ever need anything else engraved I will definitely reach out again.
