Introduction

Mind and Body Symmetry is a reiki practice that works with a holistic mindset. I will be treating the "whole" body. This not only includes the physical body but the mental body. Reiki will help reduce stress, relieve pain and help balance your energy bodies bringing restoration to your entire body. I am a Master Reiki Practitioner with an Emotion Code certification. I offer in person sessions at well as remote sessions.

My experience with Bethany at Mind and Body Symmetry was incredible! Bethany is so talented and I could physically feel the benefits of her reiki healing practice by the end of my session. Her studio is so calm and welcoming. It is absolutely worth traveling a bit outside of Nashville. The value is also incredible! I will definitely be booking another session and telling my friends about this wonderful healer.

I had a great experience. This wasn’t my first time. I’ve been to a few different ones even in different states this year. I really enjoy how different they all are. I always get something out of it. My first time was in April and since then I’ve been hooked. It really works. If you are looking for someone around the area you should definitely try Bethany. You won’t be disappointed! ;)

I am a healthcare professional and have been using therapies such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage for many years, but never indulged in Reiki. Mostly because I didn’t understand it and I was skeptical about energy healing. Until I met Beth. She is very patient and knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. I admit, I still don’t understand How it works, I just know it works. I’ve had Reiki sessions with Beth many times for different issues both physically and mentally. Everytime, I leave her studio better than when I got there. I highly recommend Mind and Body Symmetry.

80$ for an hour long session in person or remote 60$ for Bedtime Reiki (4 days in a row of 15 minute remote sessions designed for insomnia)

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been able to feel energy flowing from energy centers of the body. Once I read about Reiki healing I knew that's what I was channeling and started the process of becoming a Reiki practitioner. I find it one of the most rewarding things I have done. To see the healing effects of my clients brings me such joy. As a nurse I have always been frustrated when we can't find a solution to an illness with western medicine. Reiki has given me that solution!
