Jermain was prompt, efficient, and fair. I would hire him again any time. The app makes me pick three among the following: work quality, punctuality, value, professionalism, and responsiveness. I would check yes to every one of these. Jermain was very responsive - came the same day. He was on time - punctuality. He solved my problem - which was I needed my electronic lock to be installed and to connect with my phone -- great value. He did excellent work -- high quality. It took some time to line up the lock with the hole, but he was persistent and did not get frustrated with it. He was clearly a professional that knew the ins and outs of these locks, which can be tricky--very professional. What more can I say? He was great!

The gentleman from one call locksmith came out today to install my new keyless lock and he did an excellent job. He even came back again after 5 o’clock to help me set up my key code because I had issues setting it up. Try them out you won’t be disappointed.
