- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the job, but it is fair and will be quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone conversation to understand the customer’s needs, desires, or issues they want fixed. If both parties feel good about moving forward with a quote then it can go two ways. For less complicated jobs, I will ask the customer to send pictures of what they are wanting done. If I can provide an accurate quote based off the pictures then at that point I will do so, if not, I will schedule a time to come by and take a look in person.
