We use a lot of technology to make sure we don't let anyone down, but at the end of the day I'm only human. I missed the notification that you had replied and simply didn't know that you desired to book the appt. I can assure you I value all of our customers, both those that hire us and those that don't and I would never intentionally ignore anyone. I'm updating our initial response to include my cell phone number, so this won't happen again(901.264.8302). You didn't mention, but I hope that you were able to find another Pro that took good care of you.
