I don’t even know where to start. Evelyn was more than fantastic. I had many WOW moments seeing how beautiful she made the house look. Special touches like the towel bow on the oven. They were late, cleaning in some areas turned out great others were not so good! Asked for a few specific things to be cleaned and in the morning light they were not done or not done well. Asked Evelyn to come back and complete the job she messaged once and I haven’t heard from her again. I think there were to many cleaners and not enough supervision. I think 10 to 12 showed up. Anyway moving on to another option. Oh and I had wanted them to return and do a general cleaning never received any estimate.
