Jay was very professional and did a great job repairing our Whirlpool ice maker when a previous technician told us he didn’t work on that model! He explained what he was going to do and gave me the cost before he began the work. He was finished in no time, and paying him was a breeze. Jay did an awesome job in diagnosing the issue and getting me up and running. GE came out to diagnose a warranty issue and was not able to resolve an issue that jay found really quick. Highly recommend.
