- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use QuickBooks Online for all our electronic invoicing. We accept all forms of payment directly through emailed invoiced from QuickBooks or payments through our QuickBooks Merchant account.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact client, perform an on-site initial FREE ESTIMATE SURVEY - issue detailed QuickBooks electronic line-by-line estimate to be approved (based on project installation fees, equipment and materials) - once approval issued project is been worked on and completed - final QuickBooks email sent with invoice to be settled.
