I had a local well-known Nashville electrical company come by, but unfortunately, they didn't fix the electrical problem. However, Peter came by later and not only fixed my SimpliSafe Front Doorbell camera but also pointed out why it hadn’t been properly installed in the first place. From the first time Peter showed up to give me an estimate I just knew I would hire him. Peter was responsive through out the entire project. Peter kept me in the loop of ordering the material and when they were shipped and arrived. Peter worked tirelessly the entire time and completed in such a short time frame given since I had a prior obligation with my son that night. We use QuickBooks Online for all our electronic invoicing. We accept all forms of payment directly through emailed invoiced from QuickBooks or payments through our QuickBooks Merchant account.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact client, perform an on-site initial FREE ESTIMATE SURVEY - issue detailed QuickBooks electronic line-by-line estimate to be approved (based on project installation fees, equipment and materials) - once approval issued project is been worked on and completed - final QuickBooks email sent with invoice to be settled.
