Absolutely amazing!!! Pushes hard, but modifies if needed. Makes me very comfortable working out, and encourages me to try new things and step out of comfort zones. He plays no games but is gentle and understanding. Hard to explain but it’s the right recipe! Very thankful for 2nd chance!
