- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are too many variables to give a price over the phone. I will do a free inspection throughout the entire home to make sure there are no other contaminated areas. I visit my clients as a consultant, not a salesperson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use thermal imaging and fiber optics to do a complete inspection of the home. Not just in the obvious areas. I look for the cause, discuss the solution and the prevention of the problem returning. I am visiting the client as a consultant not a sales person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.
