- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask about our latest special offers for NEW customers. Discounts for recurring visitations (Monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer either by phone or email during business hours. Once we connect on the phone, we ask a series of questions to find what kind of services the customer needs. We give a quote on the phone and will send the quote to the customer's e-mail. If customer is ready to move forward, we schedule the cleaning services and collect the payment information on the phone. Customer is only billed after the cleaning service is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning properties since 2021, and our team of cleaners have years of professional house cleaning experience.
