Even from a young age I have been passionate about personal finance. Throughout high school I learned as much as I could on the topic. Straight out of college, I stepped into financial advising, where my commitment to transforming clients' lives through improved financial well-being first began.
I have always been interested in the Financial Independence Retire Early (FIRE) movement, but midway through my career, I realized that I truly enjoy working. More specifically, I enjoy helping others work towards achieving their financial and life goals. It is the success stories of my clients– retiring early, building a dream boat, starting a business, buying a home, or taking a dream vacation– that drive me.
In August 2023, after 15 years with larger firms (Fidelity and Schwab), I made the decision to venture out independently and found my own practice to address two major industry challenges: high fees and the neglect of ongoing clients. With my fee-only model and intimate client base, I have the flexibility to work closely with clients offering unbiased guidance in areas of their financial lives where they need it most.
I serve a diverse range of clients, from young professionals to retirees and everyone in between. Whether you’re growing your family, navigating divorce, coping with loss, exploring when to retire, or any other life journey, my primary goal is to ensure that you understand the what and the why of your financial plans. I want you to be fully engaged in this process and informed every step of the way. I welcome and encourage questions, fostering a collaborative and transparent relationship. My aim is to assist all my clients in achieving their financial and life goals by creating customized solutions that align with their unique situations.
Just as I am dedicated to advising my clients, I'm equally dedicated as a husband, and father to my two children. I’m a wine enthusiast, enjoy traveling and you can often find me spending quality time at the lake with my family.
