- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cheap prices usually mean rushed jobs due to pressure to stay above a certain Profit Margin %. When it comes to a force of nature as dangerous as electricity, all protocols and safety standards should be not only met, but a certain pride in going above and beyond should be strived after. Often times a quick dispatch is not the best. Professionals who are busier and have full calendars generally tend to be the best ones.
