- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to visit the property in person to get a visual idea of the drywall repair to be done. We'll then provide a same day estimate and answer any questions the homeowner might have. Once the quote is approved, we schedule the job according to the homeowner's day/time preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience working in home financing, new construction, and home projects that increase property values. We are also OSHA certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Introduction to drywall repair was during the 2010 Nashville flood and helping homeowners tear out their wet drywalls, doing the remediation, and replacing or repairing the drywall.
