I live in an apartment and m skin and hair is worn out by the hard water in West Nashville ! So purchased a Culligan shower-head from Amazon that the instructions said it was easy to install myself, but something told me to get a plumber and I’m so glad I did NOT do it myself I put the thumbtack request in, a minute later I got a recommendation from thumbtack to to try B&M, I called the number, it was on a Sunday morning, and Matt and Jacob both came straight away - he said they work 7 days a week! But it was raining, and it was so last minute, I’m totally shocked that they could come! They were very professional and kind, my showerhead is on and my soft water from the Culligan showerhead is working! Matt made a recommendation to remove the water saver ball that was inside the shower head. It took a few times of installing before it stopped leaking so I’m sooooo glad that I did not fix this myself! I really appreciate them - Such a great job, and now I have softer water!
