Introduction
Our mission is to build and keep trust in our customers, while make their homes safety and cozy as possible. We value your time, therefore we want to provide you fast and high-quality service on the same day or the next day. Our service call and diagnostic fee is $95.00. If you choose to repair your appliance with us, this fee will be included in the total cost of the repair, covering parts and labor. Essentially, you pay nothing extra for the diagnosis when you proceed with the repair. Each additional appliance diagnosed during the same visit incurs a $55 fee. Additionally, when booking through our website or the phone number listed there, you can request a discount on the total cost of the repair.

Eugene was very responsive and replied shortly after we contacted him. He identified what the issue was, unfortunately had to order a control board, but it arrived shortly after ordering. He came out that Monday morning and made the final repairs. He was polite, professional, and kept in communication with us.

Eugene was very helpful with identifying the problem with my dryer and repairing it at first it seemed we might have had to wait for the part but after looking through his vehicle , he found the part we needed and repaired it right away so grateful for his help and also appreciate How loving he was with my dog

I am very pleased with the response (next day) and work quality of Eugene and NashFix Appliance Repair. I had a Kenmore dryer that I was pretty sure the heater element had gone bad after 16 years (it had). I asked if they would install the parts that I had bought and Eugene was able to do so. I thought I'd be able to install it myself but he had to remove the top and the drum to get access to the coil housing. No way I was going to be able to do that on my own. Eugene had it all taken apart and put back together in 50 minutes and the dryer now works perfectly. He cleaned up as he went along including vacuuming the inside of the dryer that I couldn't get to and he didn't need any help with lifting or holding any components as he was installing. Some of the components were a real PITA to remove so I admire his tenacity. Despite me asking some probably annoying questions he answered them cheerfully and honestly. I really appreciate the quick response of NashFix and the skill of Alex. Thanks so much guys!

Our refrigerator has a lower drawer freezer. Suddenly, one day, the freezer would not open. I read on the Internet that it might be frozen. So I tried with a hairdryer to unfreeze it. No luck. A repair guy from NashFix came and worked on it for us. And worked, and worked, and worked. It took him three solid hours to unfreeze our freezer, using a hairdryer and a steam machine. I thought for sure he would give up (I certainly would have). But he continued to work at it, and the freezer finally opened. Turns out we had a water leak, and the water had drained into the freezer where it froze into massive ice chunks. After working at this for three hours, the repair guy spent another hour and a half taking things apart and locating the problem. He came back another day and spent another hour and a half fixing the water leak, cleaning the coils on the freezer, replacing the defrost sensor, and servicing the drain system. It was a little hard to communicate, since English was not the repair guy’s first language. But he certainly knew his business and enough English to get by. And of course, I know only English, so I have a great respect for those who have 2 or more languages. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the company’s commitment to fixing the problem!
