Very impressed with Complete Animal Control for my squirrel and woodpecker issue. Nic was very professional and good at explaining and showing me my problem areas. The technicians, Joseph, Cody, Tyler did a great job as well. Always notifying me be before their arrival and are experts at getting their job done. Would recommend this company.

Although I did not hire them I appreciate the fact that they came out and inspected my property to determine what type of pesky critters I had without charging me. Turns out I have mice which are covered under my pest policy. Thanks just the same y’all.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide a FREE inspection as every home/project we work on is different.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule an initial complimentary inspection to determine what animal we’re dealing with and the potential entry points. Once these factors are determined we write up an estimate to solve the problem for our customer at which point they’ll decide if they’d like to proceed.

We have several staff members as well as our owner who are certified wildlife biologist. Each of our employees is thoroughly trained and required to obtain a state trapping permit per the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency.
