Introduction

I am detail oriented, and so I really try to perform the best possible work that I can. It's very important to me to have highly satisfied customers. I want my customers to feel that they received even more than they had anticipated. I try to find out the best way to install materials correctly so that it is eye pleasing. I feel that to have expensive , nice looking materials, but to not install them well,is a waste of time and money, and no doubt a dissapointment to the customer. I am willing to make the effort to perform a neat and clean installation of the materials I am working with. For example,when setting tile, I try very hard to set tile flat with no lips and also to install grout evenly and clean.

Prep and install ceramic tile on walls and floor of bathroom. Jon gave us a written estimate of cost of job including the time it would take to complete the job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are some standards such as sqft for tile installation, which differs whether if it is walls or floors. I utilize industry standards for sq ft prices in many areas of construction. Often , when coupling many different services together, I will try to think of the entire process of the project, the time it will take and try to cover all the bases and at the same time try to remain competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to explain as simply as I can all the steps that I will take to complete a project. I also try to be upfront about payment schedules and try to accurately estimate the time it will take to complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Much experience in hands on by working with proven professionals in these trades.
