Our pool had not been maintained for many, many weeks and was in bad shape. It was filthy, the water was out of balance, etc. Immediately following my request, I had a reply and a desire to help. Almost as quickly, the pool was restored and a smile was plastered across my face. I look forward to an ongoing relationship.

Stacey and his son, Adam were great. Stacey was super responsive(always within about 10-15 mins) and very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job cleaning debris out of my pool, as well as clean the edges. He also removed the cover, blew off the leaves, and blew the leaves off my patio at no extra charge. Will absolutely use again!

Oh my gosh this review is 2 years overdue. Second Generation Pools is wonderful to work with. They have been cleaning my second home pool for two years now. I live out of state and they are great at letting me know if something is needed. Hire them!!!!!

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and honesty of Second Generation Pools. Tim says what he means, follows through and is very fair. He fixed the salt system , replaced the night light, replaced my liner and everything is running smoothly on top of looking fantastic!
