Mike and Paige did an excellent job! They handled weatherstripping, fixed my attic door, repaired a fence post, and even took care of some house cleaning—all with great attention to detail and professionalism. Can we just talk about where this freaking hidden gem came from?!! I needed some pretty hard repairs done around my house and they got it done with absolute ease! I love the customer service as well. If you need any repairs done talk to them and they will get it done well and fast!

Omg! Don’t freaking walk RUN to the perfectly pollard properties website. The customer service is out of this world! Paige is the most sweetest person I have ever talked to she has a fantastic personality and explains things very thoroughly that way I understand exactly what I am getting as well as Michael! They make a great power couple! I have been wanting to get my house power washed as well as my sidewalk. I also wanted to get the inside of my house cleaned and painted. And man did they do a fantastic job!! They got the job done in a very timely manner. They had got most of the work done the day before and then the next day I came home from work to see that it was it finished and so well done. The outside of my house as well as the inside was so clean they didn’t miss a spot! And the paint job didn’t have not one imperfection! Their subscription are the smartest thing EVER and I feel like they have really reasonable prices. I will most definitely continue working with them for many years to come!

Wow! I thought I would have to wait a crazy amount of time before anybody got here to my house. My a/c went out during the summer and my kids were hot and I didn’t know what to do they got here so fast and they did such a good job. They got me fixed up and come to find out it was all because my air filter was clogged up and it froze my a/c up. They educated me on how to service my a/c to ensure something like this doesn’t happen in the future I’m now set up on their monthly maintenance plan and it’s great ! they replace all my filters and let me know of anything that is going on with my house before it becomes a bigger concern. Their prices are amazing and Paige is the nicest person you’re ever gonna meet, and Mike is so informative and helpful during stressful times. I really recommend them both. They are the best.
