- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the figure out exactly what the problem is and the best solution. We typically begin with a full roof inspection. We look for potential leaks, storm damage, clogged gutters, and anything that is or can become problematic. A roof inspection is done to also evaluate the age and current condition of your roof and your homes exterior components. Do they just need a small repair or is it going to be a larger job like a full roof replacement? Is there storm damage present? How is the gutter system? Should an insurance claim be filed? Once a solution to the problem is found, an estimate is created for the needed repairs. Sometimes estimates need to be edited to accommodate the customers wants/needs/budget. Our estimates are professionally written with a detailed scope of work so you know exactly what to expect. Once the estimate is approved, the next step is scheduling the project/repair. Small repairs can take 1-10 days, and full roof replacements can take 7-21 days depending on product availability. During the project/repair, safety is #1 importance for ourselves, the customers, and neighbors. Keeping your plants, shrubs, outdoor furniture, and property undamaged is also very important to us. We take photos of all of our work so we can show you exactly how the project/repair went. When complete, an invoice is emailed to the customer. It can be paid online or in person with a check.
