At Precision Build Pros, we make working with us a smooth and hassle-free experience. Here’s what you can expect when starting a project with us: 1. Initial Contact Customers reach out to discuss their project needs. We answer any questions and schedule an in-person or virtual consultation. 2. Free Consultation & Site Visit We visit the project site to assess the scope of work, take necessary measurements, and discuss materials, design preferences, and any specific requirements. 3. Detailed Proposal & Estimate After the consultation, we provide a clear, detailed estimate outlining the work scope, materials, timeline, and labor. We ensure transparency so there are no surprises. 4. Scheduling & Payment Structure Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the project at a convenient time. To cover initial operating costs, we typically require 50% upfront before starting work. For larger projects, we offer the option to split the cost into multiple payments to make budgeting easier. 5. Project Execution Our skilled team arrives on-site and completes the work with precision and attention to detail. We maintain a clean work environment and keep customers updated on progress. 6. Quality Check & Customer Walkthrough Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure satisfaction. Any last-minute touch-ups or adjustments are addressed before finalizing the job. 7. Final Approval & Payment Once the customer approves the work, we process final payment as agreed. We also provide maintenance tips and answer any remaining questions. 8. Follow-Up & Ongoing Support We value long-term relationships and follow up to ensure the customer is happy with the work. We’re always available for future projects and referrals!
