What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% discount to seniors over 70 years of age, 5% discount for Veterans. Please let us know if you are before we price out or begin your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out and give a free estimate for the service, and determine if we fit the project you describe. Sometimes smaller repairs we can quote a price and are done immediately. If its not a johnny on the spot repair, we get back to you with a price, asap. If its accepted, we start as soon as possible the handyman or remodel/home repair. Working to accommodate your schedule and ours. No Need to worry or stress about it. We are doing smaller jobs too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3rd generation builder, began training about 1965 as Dads Helper. Journeyman Carpenter by 1976. University training and junior colleges 7 years. High School and Trades school on the job training 1976 to 1978. General Contractor beginning in 1984 to present. Resort Developer 2016 to 2023. Semi-retired 2023, Now doing smaller projects.
