Introduction

At Mental Thrive (Holistic Movement) formerly known as Passion4Dancing we believe that it takes great pride in seeing people happy when they leave the class. The belief that dancing can be used as a healing mechanism and that it can become a good obsession is the reason for such work. Ballroom dancing has always been about structure, discipline, and respect. You enjoy the give and take of working together as partners to create something amazing, dynamic, in the moment is all the reason I teach. Partner or no partner I believe dancing builds self-esteem, confidence, and allow a person to gain a sense of respect for themselves.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and kind dance instructor you have found the one! My boyfriend and I found Grecia via thumbtack for bachata lessons. Within three 60 min classes we already feel equipped to take group lessons. Grecia was attentive to our strengths and weaknesses and never made us feel stupid. We will definitely be booking with her again! She also is a mental health therapist, incorporating dance as a mental health outlet and as an opportunity for connection. With her expertise, we felt seen and heard and cannot recommend her enough!!

Grecia was amazing! She was such an excellent teacher. We had a little time crunch because our wedding was coming up fast and Grecia whipped us into shape! I truly enjoyed lessons with her. She made it easy for us to follow as beginners. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding choreographer or dance instructor in general!

This dance experience was not only helpful but fun! Our instructor guided us through moves each lesson and perfected them. We had a blast learning out wedding dance and I think we’re going to preform really well! 10/10 would recommend!

Grecia helped my wife and I choreograph our first dance for our wedding and provided excellent dancing tuition. She was an extremely knowledgeable and wonderful teacher.

MT-Holistic Movement initiates service by gaining rapport with their clients, discuss their intent for learning the style of dance of their choosing, what styles they are interested in, demonstrate packages options, schedule time and date and begin their lessons.
