- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront pricing after looking at the job. The service call fee can be applied towards the price of repairs in certain situations. We also offer member discounts and hvac service maintenance programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment. Upon arriving at your home we wear shoe covers, explore the situation, and present options with upfront pricing. The service call can be credited towards the price of the repair in some situations. We never do work without first getting approval on the price and details of work to be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Universal EPA certified technicians for HVAC systems. Master plumbing and mechanical license with over 23 years experience. A+ BBB Rating.
