- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In our line of work it is difficult to give an accurate quote over the phone, email, and text. We recommend an onsite inspection to determine the proper scope of work so that we can give our customer an accurate quote. Our inspections are free for any of the services we offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we like to gather basic contact info and details of the project they are inquiring about. Once that is established we dispatch right away for emergency floods or set up an appointment for inspection for non emergencies. Once the inspection is complete we can go over the scope of work we recommend thoroughly with the customer so they know the project scope forward and backwards. Customers can also expect excellent communication before, during, and after project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined experience of 20 years. We also have an employee that worked for and with insurance companies for 15 years. We have multiple IICRC certifications for our industry.
