FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project and the time involved so unfortunately there is not a standard pricing schedule but we are very competitive. On our larger projects such as an addition to the home, we do offer an "Open Book" policy where the customer will see exactly what they are buying and the real cost of those products as we do not mark-up the products or services offered by our subcontractors as we are paid a Management Fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is best that we meet with the new client to finalize the scope of work in which the final cost for the project can the be determined. I ask customers to break their project down to "Needs", "Wants", and "Desires". If the customer's budget will not allow all 3 categories to be fulfilled, then our goal to perform the project that will meet the "Needs" and "Wants" but also have the project ready for Phase II to fulfill the "Desires" category.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am blessed to be a 3rd Generation Master Carpenter as I began my by business in 1997 while also obtaining General Contractor Licenses in TN, MS, AR
