Introduction

My focus is on customer satisfaction. I will tune, vacuum and polish your piano, leaving it looking like new! I have worked with Jim Coleman of Coleman Pianos, Daniel Bissell of Meade's Piano works and Joshua Gaither of Volunteer Pianos. I have also helped at Bill Jones's Music in the past. My base price for a fine-tuning is $165 but should a pitch raise be required, there will be an additional fee of $60.

E’s Piano Tuning did a fantastic job tuning the old upright that belonged to my great grandmother. Elton was punctual and professional and even educated me on the brand of the piano. I would highly recommend using E’s and will use them again! (Thanks Elton!)

I am Michael in Seymour. I have a grand , I called Elton and he came right on time !! Elton did a wonderful job tuning every string. And he cleaned it and left it polished as well. I highly recommend Elton !!! ,should you need a piano tuned !! He was fun to talk to as well. He took the action out and softened up my felts for every key. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price includes a vacuum and polish of the piano and I will leave it looking like new!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call, I will come and tune it within 2 to 3 days and I expect cash or a check on completion of the tuning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with a professional piano tuner and have tuned many pianos in North Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky and the customers all have been satisfied.
