- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you’re interested in our services we will come out and give you a bid at your location so that you will know exactly what our cost will be at no cost to you. If it is a roof repair, we would prefer to do it while there if you agree on the pricing. We will have to charge more if we have to leave and then come back to do the same thing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to your location sit down and listen to what your needs are. We will then tell you what our recommendations would be in order to accomplish your goals. We will answer all questions that you may have regarding a recommendations. Next we would discuss when we can get started, which would probably be right away, and how long it would take to complete their services, which for a roof repair will usually be the day we start if we get there early enough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As we mentioned in our profile, most of our employees had previously worked at Home Depot roofing services for a good while and obtained a substantial amount of experience regarding roof repairs and installing new roofs through that company and other experiences in the past.
