- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Carla’s training philosophy: Anything of value requires commitment and hard work but the results are endless. During our initial call, together we develop a realistic vision of the new you and I build a program geared to support you on your road to actually achieving your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM certified. I bring over 30 years of group and individual weight loss coaching and fitness training experience with Weight Watchers, LA Weight Loss, Life Time Fitness and Midtown Athletic Club. During my NASM certification and training, I was mentored by some of the finest and highly rated personal trainers in the country.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I finally lost 120 pounds and have kept it off for years, It's not easy. If it were, we'd all be thin. I eventually became a personal trainer so I could help others have the success I've had. As a personal trainer, one of my greatest joys is watching clients morph into the person they want to be.
