- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to elderly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a notification of someone seeking my service I always reach out as soon as I can, typically it’s within an hour or less. - We do a phone call where I introduce myself and the company, talk about my work experience, ask about customer’s needs. - Clarify which rooms need to be repainted (dining, living room, kitchen, etc). - Ask how many sq ft approximately. - Always offer to come in to do the measurements and give a free estimate. - Come out typically in the same day to give an estimate. - Once we agree on the price and start date, I send out a contract to the customer’s email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in a process of getting licensed. We are insured and bonded but the licensure process takes a while for the board to review our application.
