- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are available for all your appliance needs and are available seven days a week. There is no extra charge for appliance repair on the weekends or evenings. When a service call is scheduled we will explain the reason for the needed repair. We will quote you a flat, fixed up front price, taken right out of the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide. We will then determine if it would be a cost-effective repair. The $79 diagnostic charge would apply towards any repair that we perform. If no repairs are performed at the time, the only charge remaining would be the cost of the diagnostics, which is $79. We accept cash, credit, debit, and check.
