- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our management fee is always less than 10% of the monthly rental rate! Our pricing is very transparent and affordable. There are no owner onboarding fees, administrative fees, hidden fees, maintenance up-charges, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to have an introductory call where we can answer any questions that our customers have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed Broker in the State of Tennessee. I've completed all the educational requirements in order to maintain my license in good standing. In addition, I've been personally managing my own properties for years. As an owner, I can truly say that I treat my clients' properties as if they were my own.
