FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would always look at the work the company has done more than the price. Also the amount of employees because you can never trust everyone they bring in. Bigger companies you have to worry more than a smaller family owned and operated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always contact beforehand to verify time before traveling. I respectfully introduce myself then I return to get my cleaning supplies. I ask the customer is there anything they are particularly wanting the most detail on so I’m able to satisfy the customer in all demands. Before I leave if the customer is in the home, I ask them to do a walk through to make sure everything is done up to their standards then exit knowing I gave my all to the customer that visit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience. I loved cleaning the house as a teenager into my adult life.
