John is completing a very large walk in dual sided rabbit hutch for our school farm. He's a super hard worker and definitely cares about his work and making the customer happy. I've already lined him up for some very unique outdoor classroom structures for our school as well. I will add photos once the build is completed this week.

I contracted John to help me build a larger artist studio/she shed with a barrel arch and a steep 9/12 roof. He was challenged by the fact that, as a former framing carpenter, I wished to physically work on the project. For the record, I am 60 year old woman with 90 year old knees. He was very interested in combining our talents and we both learned from each other. He arrived every day on time and completed the work in 7 weeks - about one week longer than estimated. The price ran about 15% over budget due to the weather and the design, which was rather complex. I believe John's talents lie in decks, sheds and concrete work. He is a perfectionist and very polite. Sometimes I had to remind him that trim would cover the ugly bits! The job site was tidied daily and the scrap pile removed almost as often. I am just now finishing the interior and will move in after the floor paint dries. I am very pleased with the building and can hardly wait to be creative in my new space. I hope that John will find many other contracts for custom sheds in future. Thanks John, Lynn
